Bellocq Siam Basil Lemongrass – Organic Herbal Caffeine Free Tea

An exotic caffeine-free blend of bright organic lemongrass and fresh ginger root with notes of lush basil, fragrant orange blossom and vibrant red mandarin. Refreshing in summer, Siam Basil Lemongrass makes a wonderful iced tea and also a very chic popsicle. For a winter-time twist, we add a little warm coconut milk to the brewed tea and dream of a fabulous island getaway.

Ingredients: Organic lemongrass, organic ginger, organic calendula petals, and natural essences.

Brewing Suggestion: 2 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water, 195ºF/90ºC (bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil, remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed). Brew 4-10 minutes. Good for 1-2 infusions.
